You must agree to the following Terms and Conditions before promoting this report!

1. You may not use any form of unethical or illegal marketing tactics to send visitors to our site (including but not limited to SPAM, UCE etc). Anyone found to be doing so with automatically forfeit all commissions and be liable for any damages caused. We are VERY serious about this! SPAMMERS are NOT welcome. We can tell if you are spamming or trying to rort the system and we will not pay those who do. (A giveaway sign is the fact that most of those who try to get around the system make no One Time Offer sales which completely goes against the averages)

2. You may not use any pay per signup or similar service. Anyone found to be using such a service will forfeit all commissions due.

3. You may not use any paid advertising unless specifically authorized by Dave or Aaron prior to commencing your campaign.

4. Since our report and newsletter is intended for English speaking readers, we are unable to pay commissions where an affiliate has referred an unusually high proportion of Non English speaking readers. This "proportion" will be solely at the discretion of Dave and Aaron. If you have an average list, you will be fine :-) As a good guide.. if you do not publish your website or ezine to your readers IN ENGLISH then referrals from these sources will NOT be eligible for commissions.

5. There is a One Time Offer which currently converts historically (since the beginning of the launch) at 5.23%. Therefore an average of 5 people in every 100 who download the Special Report will buy the One Time Offer.

To ensure that we are not paying for poor quality subscribers, we would expect the average affiliate to convert at somewhere around the 5% mark. HOWEVER in
order to be fair, we're not going to set the "bar" that high. :-)

In order to qualify for commissions, we require a conversion rate of 1.5% or more on all referrals. (i.e. 1 - 2 sales of the One Time Offer per 100 referrals)

If you do NOT achieve at least 1.5% conversion rate then we will withhold commissions until such time as you do.

We think this is the fairest way to reward those who are sending QUALITY TRAFFIC and not just sending any friend or family member to sign up and earn them
commissions.

6. We reserve the right to change the amount we will pay per lead at any time HOWEVER we will only do so with 24 hours notice in advance. The price per lead will be posted below (and is valid for AT LEAST the next 24 hours).

7. All referrals must verify their subscription in Aweber for you to be eligible for a commission.

8. All bogus signups, fake names, inaccurate or missing addresses etc will be deleted and that particular commission deleted. Multiple signups from the same IP will be deleted and commissions forfeited where it is found to be intentionally fraudulent.

9. Each individual may only subscribe once and no affiliate shall refer themselves.

10. Commissions will be paid by Paypal AT LEAST MONTHLY (where the balance is above $10 at the end of the month). If you do not have a Paypal account then please do not promote as we have no way of paying you.
